By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Section 12 significantly limits our liability.
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Parties
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are entered into by and between you (“you”, “your”, or the “User”) and Casa Lusso Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202518752D) (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”), a company registered in Singapore with its registered office at 10 Paradise Island, Singapore 098475, and the operator of casalusso.sg (the “Website”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of our Website, including all content, services, and products available through it.
1.3 Acceptance
By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3.1 Eligibility

If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content (“Submissions”), you agree that we may use, edit, publish, translate, and distribute such Submissions for lawful business purposes. You represent that your Submissions do not violate third-party rights or contain unlawful or misleading content.
4. Product Information and Orders
4.1 Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, and dimensions are accurate. However, we do not warrant that such content is error-free. Colours may vary due to screen settings and lighting. All dimensions are approximate.
4.2 Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are made to order and production begins after an order is confirmed. This affects our cancellation and return policies.
4.3 Pricing
Prices are listed in SGD and include applicable GST. Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
4.4 Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4.5 Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
We may correct errors or update information at any time and may cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, including after an order is submitted.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods (subject to availability at checkout) include:
Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay
Express checkout: Shop Pay, Google Pay
Available payment options may vary by device, browser, and checkout settings.
5.2 Payment Security
We use third-party payment processors compliant with PCI DSS standards and do not store full credit card details.
5.3 Credit Card Processing Fee (Cancellations)
If you cancel an order paid by credit card within 48 hours of purchase, a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee represents non-refundable payment gateway charges.
This fee does not apply to refunds due to manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 General
Shipping and delivery procedures are detailed in our Shipping Policy. We currently only ship to addresses within Singapore.
6.2 Access and Fees
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery and installation. Base delivery is free for locations with lift access. If lift access is unavailable or items cannot fit into the lift, an optional staircase carry-up service is available at SGD 10 per item per floor, up to a maximum of 3 floors, subject to prior notice and agreement.
6.3 Installation
Professional installation is included for large furniture items where applicable. Small furniture and accessories may require minimal self-assembly. Disposal of old furniture is not included.
7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
7.1 Cancellations
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations are permitted only within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, orders cannot be cancelled once processing or production has commenced.
7.2 Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. Returns or replacements are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
7.3 Reporting Timeframes
To ensure a timely resolution, please inspect your items immediately upon delivery and adhere to the following reporting windows.
Missing Parts
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Transit Damage or Incorrect Items
Must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Manufacturing Defects
Must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Failure to report issues within these specified timeframes may result in the denial of your claim.
7.4 Condition and Packaging
Items must be in original condition and must not have been installed, assembled, or altered. Original packaging should be retained. If repackaging is required, a fee of SGD 50 per item may apply.
8. Product Warranty
Warranty coverage, terms, and periods vary by product and will be stated on the relevant product page or order confirmation.
9. Third-Party Links and Tools
We are not responsible for third-party websites or tools linked from our Website. Use of such services is at your own risk.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website is the property of Casa Lusso Pte. Ltd. or its licensors.
12. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
The Website and products are provided “as is” and “as available”.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casa Lusso Pte. Ltd. from claims arising from your use of the Website or breach of these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
15. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. General Provisions
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the entire agreement.
