This Shipping Policy explains our delivery coverage, shipping costs, delivery timelines, and additional services to help you understand exactly what to expect when placing an order.


1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship only to addresses within Singapore.


2. Shipping Cost

Free Standard Delivery

We offer Free Standard Delivery & Setup.

Free standard delivery applies when:

  • The delivery location has lift access, and items can be accommodated within the lift, or

  • The delivery location is at ground level with no staircase carry-up required.

    If your delivery location requires staircase access, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order. We will review the delivery conditions to ensure a smooth and safe handover of your items.

    There is no minimum purchase amount required to qualify for free standard delivery.


3. Delivery Types

Parcel Delivery

For small furniture items and accessories.

  • Delivered via standard delivery to your doorstep

  • Some items may arrive flat-packed

  • Minimal self-assembly may be required

Bulky Two-Person Delivery

For all large furniture items, including but not limited to sofas, cabinets, dining tables, and beds.

  • Handled by a professional two-person delivery team

  • Delivery appointment will be scheduled in advance


4. Assembly & Installation

Large Furniture Items

For large furniture items, professional installation is included at no additional cost where installation is required.

If an item does not require installation (e.g., fully assembled cabinets), delivery includes placement only.

Small Furniture & Accessories

Minimal self-assembly may be required.

If assistance is needed, customers may contact our customer service team. Complimentary installation or guidance may be arranged, subject to item type and delivery conditions.


5. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Order Processing Time

1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Order Cut-Off Time

5:00 PM (Singapore Standard Time, GMT+8)

Shipping Origin

To ensure optimal design quality and competitive pricing, products are shipped directly from our Chinese manufacturing facility.

Shipping Time:10–15 business days after shipment

Total Delivery Time:Approximately 11–17 business days from the date of purchase, including order processing and transit time

Estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout for reference.


6. Delivery Scheduling

Our delivery team will contact you in advance via WhatsApp, SMS, or email to arrange a delivery appointment.

If you wish to adjust your delivery schedule, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.


7. Receiving & Inspection

Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery.

Damage Reporting

Any transit-related damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, together with clear photo or video evidence.

Missing Parts

If any parts are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a priority replacement.


8. Rescheduling & Address Changes

Rescheduling

Delivery rescheduling is available free of charge if requested at least 5 business days before the scheduled delivery date.

Address Changes

  • One address change is allowed free of charge before shipment

  • Address changes after dispatch may not be possible

  • If changes can be arranged after shipment, additional logistics charges may apply


9. Exclusions

  • Disposal of old furniture is not included

  • Delivery services are limited to the address provided at checkout
